Sunnybrook dental accepts all forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We offer a 5% discount for any client that pays for their multi-appointment treatment plan in full at the initial appointment.
Financing
It is our strong desire not to allow cost constrains to interfere with any of your dental care. Therefore, we have a variety of options available to meet anyone’s financing needs, including internal financing and third-party financing. If you require spreading the balance over two or three payments we will make those arrangements internally. For larger treatment plans or a longer time interval we will assist you in obtaining a third-party financing plan through our office, such as Care Credit.
As a service to our guests, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation's leading patient payment program. For fees from $300 to $25,000, upon request and approval, CareCredit offers a comprehensive range of plans with low minimum monthly payments that fit comfortably into every budget.

Insurance and Billing
Sunnybrook Dental accepts a variety of dental benefit plans. Please call so that our staff can help determine your coverage as estimated by your carrier. Full payment is due at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
Dental benefit policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment. It is your responsibility to pay any balance not paid by your carrier company.
We accept most insurance plans and will gladly process your claim. Please bring the necessary information with you on your first visit.
