Dr. Bednarczyk received a BS in Genetics from the University of Kansas. He remained in Lawrence for two more years doing post-graduate teaching and research in Molecular Biology. Dr. Bednarczyk graduated with his Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2001.
Upon graduation he was awarded the AAOMS Implantology Award for his superior work with the placement and restoration of dental implants. Following graduation he became a General Practice Resident at the University of Iowa-Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City. This program furthered his cosmetic and restorative skills in addition to providing advanced clinical training in oral surgery and intravenous conscious sedation. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Bednarczyk relocated to Denver and was an associate in a large group practice for three years.
Very soon after the birth of their first child the Bednarczyks returned home to Kansas City. Professionally, Dr. Bednarczyk is a member of the American Dental Association, Kansas Dental Association and Fifth District Dental Society. Notably, Dr. Bednarczyk is also a member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology and recently received accolades as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Dan resides in Johnson County with his wife Collette and their son and daughter.
